These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pioneer Precision Eng website (pioneerprecisioneng.com) and any purchases made through it. Pioneer Precision Eng is a trading division of Pioneer 4x4 Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to describe our products, including materials, dimensions, and manufacturing methods, as accurately as possible. Products such as banjo bolts, adapters, and fittings are precision-machined in-house from stainless steel. Minor variations in finish are normal for machined components and do not constitute a defect.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Some products are manufactured to order or in small batches. Lead times will be communicated where relevant. Bespoke or custom-specification items may not be eligible for return unless faulty (see our Refund Policy).

Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Limitation of Liability
We supply components for use by competent individuals or businesses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure correct fitment, application, and installation, particularly for safety-critical automotive components such as brake and fuel line fittings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pioneer Precision Eng's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

All content on this website, including text, images, and product designs, is the property of Pioneer Precision Eng or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
