CNC Machining & Tube Bending for Stainless Steel Components — Honiton, Devon
Pioneer Precision Eng provides in-house precision engineering services for automotive, motorsport and general industrial customers, specialising in stainless steel. Our two core capabilities — CNC lathe machining and CNC tube bending — work together to produce complete, ready-to-fit components and assemblies under one roof.
CNC Lathe Machining
Precision turned stainless steel components produced on our Star SR-32J sliding head lathe, from prototype quantities through to large batch production. We manufacture shafts, threaded fittings, tube nuts, unions and bespoke turned parts to tight tolerances.

CNC Tube Bending & End Forming
CNC pipe and tube bending, end forming and roll forming, using our Crippa 925XE tube bender and Crippa S2086 end former. We produce complete bent and formed tube assemblies, including matching turned fittings manufactured in-house.
