Pioneer Precision Engineering is the manufacturing and precision engineering division of Pioneer 4x4 Limited.

Founded in 2016, Pioneer 4x4 has built a strong reputation within the 4x4 and off-road industry for producing high-quality components designed to perform in demanding environments. As the business has grown, significant investment has been made in advanced CNC machining technology, allowing many products to be designed and manufactured in-house.

Precision Manufacturing Capability

Pioneer Precision Engineering was established to utilise this manufacturing capability and offer precision machining services to external customers, alongside the continued development of our own product range.

Our production centres around specialised equipment designed for accuracy and repeatability. The Star SR-32 Swiss-type CNC lathe allows us to manufacture complex, high-precision turned components, while the Crippa 925XE enables the production of precision-formed hard lines for hydraulic, braking, and fluid transfer systems.
