Here's the Shipping policy. I've filled in reasonable defaults based on what your other Pioneer 4x4 store already uses (since you're the same business) — just confirm these match or tell me what to change before you save:

Processing Time
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order or custom items are usually made and dispatched within 5 working days — estimated lead times are noted on the relevant product page where applicable.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and the rest of the world.
Shipping Costs and Timescales
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Typical delivery timescales:
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail 1st Class — delivered within an estimated 3 working days once dispatched
- Europe: Royal Mail Tracked — delivered within an estimated 7 working days once dispatched
- Rest of the World: Delivered within an estimated 10 working days once dispatched
Please note: prices quoted for delivery may vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel, and import duties, taxes, or other charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched, where available.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timescale, contact pioneerprecisionengineering@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier.
Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
